  1. Accounting
    • The module is very advanced with option to process journals and a chart of accounts which is in a tree format. All other modules feed into this module for the purpose of reporting. The accounting can handle VAT transactions and reporting there of. Out of this module, you can generate company Trial Balance, Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statement, as well as Consolidated Reports. These reports can be generated on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
    • The system has inbuilt multicurrency and multilanguage functionalities. This is useful when billing customers in forex, recording purchases in forex, as well as managing nostro cashbooks
    • Supports cost centre accounting
  2. Stocks
    • Multi stores function to identify location of all stocks
    • Item groups – for grouping of stocks e.g inks, printing material, stationery, production material, fuels, fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides etc
    • Generates fantastic stock reports that show stock receipts, stock issues, stock transfers and stock adjustments as well as running balances after each and every transactions
    • Can handle Unit of Measure conversions for example kgs into tonnes and vice versa
    • We can also set minimum stock levels in the system and the system will automatically generate material requisitions to initiate purchasing process
  3. Manufacturing
    • The system allows users to create Bill of Materials for various products
    • Production planning is also available in ERPAccess, with provision for use of workstations and routing.
    • Can record work in progress and can accommodate additional production costs at WIP level.
  4. Projects
    • All jobs can be recorded as projects. Tasks can also be created under each and every project. The system has Gantt Chart functionality that can be used to collaborate and track project progress and resourcing. Stocks can then be issued against each and every project
  5. Selling
    • You will be able to process customer quotations, sales orders, D Notes, Tax Invoices and Credit Notes in the system. All these can link to each other according to their ranking, e.g invoices can link to sales order and quotation.
    • Customers can also be grouped according to territories and any other grouping.
    • System can produce customer statements as well as customer age analysis. Customer accounts can be managed in foreign currency as well.
    • Customer portals - for customers to view their accounts in the system
  6. Buying
    • Material Requisitions, Purchase orders, GRVS, Purchase Returns.
    • Landed cost vouchers – to account for extra importing costs like duties, transport costs and insurance costs
    • Manage supplier accounts in Forex and in local currency.
    • Supplier Zone – for suppliers to initiate quotes in our system.
  7. Assets
    • The systems has a provision for recording of fixed assets together with their values and automatic depreciation can also be configured for each and every asset. Additional fields for asset features can also be added within then asset module
  8. CRM
    • With the functionality, leads, opportunities and their conversion to sales can also be recorded in the system. There is great collaboration of all the records within the system for users and employees.
  9. Workflows
    • Some procedures can be automated through workflows. One can initiate a material requisition, get it approved and authorized within the system through work flows.
